Fulfillment Policy | XEUS

Fulfillment Policy

Service delivery, refund, and cancellation terms.

1. Scope of Service Delivery

Our services are delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the contractual agreement between your company and our firm. Service timelines are estimates that may vary based on project complexity and client cooperation. Delays will be communicated promptly.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds for our services are generally not available. All payments operate on a fee-for-service basis and are considered final. Refunds only apply if explicitly stated in the contract and require written requests. Management reserves discretion to deny requests outside agreed conditions.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are handled individually based on specific contract terms and require written notification. Depending on the stage of service delivery and the terms of the agreement, a cancellation fee may be applied. In-progress or completed work is typically non-cancellable, with fees retained for labor performed.

4. Service Modifications and Adjustments

Any scope changes after contract execution require mutual written agreement. Modifications may affect timelines, fees, and other contractual terms. The company reserves authority to adjust fulfillment commitments based on requested changes.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback, approvals, and necessary materials for service completion. Delayed client input may cause project delays, for which the company assumes no liability.

6. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. Liability is capped at amounts paid under the contract.
